CHANDLER CARE CENTER SERVICES
MEDICAL & DENTAL CLINIC​

The Chandler Children's Medical and Dental Clinic is a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to providing access to compassionate and high quality medical and dental care for medically underserved children in Chandler, Arizona and the Chandler Unified School District. The Clinic is an Arizona Qualified Charitable Organization.
FOOD BANK
​
The CARE Center Food Bank is open: Monday-Friday 8-11 am
Food bank recipients must bring a photo I.D. and proof of Chandler residency. Our food bank is staffed primarily by volunteers.
The CARE Center offers a Farmer’s Market style food distribution on Thursdays from 7:30 – 8:30 a.m. or while supplies last.
The Farmer’s Market is available to Chandler residents and provides fresh fruits and vegetables in addition to other fresh food choices.
FAMILY RESOURCE CENTER
Through a partnership with First Things First, the CARE Center provides Family Resource Center services and programs for families with at least one child from birth through five years of age.
Programming includes resources and referrals, parenting programs, early literacy and emerging language interactive classes, health and wellness programming, art, music, science, fitness, and other fun activities for children 0-5 and their families. We also offer free parent education programs focused on positive and active parenting, early literacy and emerging language.

WIC
Maricopa WIC is available at the Chandler CARE Center Monday – Friday.
As of February 1, 2020, our WIC office will be taking appointments. To make an appointment, click here to visit their website. Please note, the CARE Center front office can NOT schedule your appointment.
