MEDICAL CLINIC

The Chandler Children's Medical Clinic is a partnership Dignity Health, volunteer medical providers, ensuring access to no-cost medical care and treatment for youth. In order to qualify for services, children must:

  • Be a resident in Chandler and/or attend a Chandler Unified School District School.

  • Must currently be uninsured. Sorry, we cannot provide care to insured patients and those with AHCCCS (Medicaid). 

  • Be 18 or under

The Clinic provides basic pediatric services including well-checks, treatment of minor illness or injury, sports physicals for CUSD athletes, and care for some chronic and co-occurring diseases and disorders. We do not provide emergency care.

In partnership with the Dignity Health Building Blocks for Children program, children up to age 18 may receive access to hearing and vision screenings. Dignity Health also provides immunizations free of charge to uninsured/underinsured youth and at a minimal administration fee of $15 for uninsured and underinsured adults. Free flu shots are available to all during peak flu season.
