The Chandler Children's Medical and Dental Clinic is a qualified charitable organization (QCO - formerly working poor) in Arizona!
Your tax credit donation may be taken as* a dollar-for-dollar credit on your Arizona income taxes and helps provide no-cost medical and dental care for vulnerable children in low-income households.
Your donation goes directly to supporting Chandler children in need.
$470 can provide medical appointments for about 30 uninsured children, including well-child checks, sick visits, and treatment of chronic conditions such as asthma.
$938 can provide 16 restorative dental appointments to uninsured children, including treatment of pain and infection, fillings, root canals, and crowns.

Donations to a QCO of up to $470 for single/head of household/married filing separate OR $938 for married filing joint are eligible for the credit. Any amount up to the maximum may be applied, up to your tax liability.
Donations made by the tax filing deadline may be applied to the prior year (state ONLY) or the year in which the donation is made.
Your donation to the Clinic can be made in addition to the school extracurricular tax credit donation.
Both may be claimed in the same tax year.
